This appointment will include intake forms that only need to be completed once. This appointment does not cover the cost of prescriptions and you will need to have follow ups while on the medication.

Urgent Care Visit

30 minutes @ $145.00

For urgent medical appointments. For colds, flu, UTI, nausea, ear infections, skin rashes, emergency prescriptions etc. If this is a medical emergency please do not schedule here but call 911 or go to your nearest hospital. NOTE: If you are looking for a same day appointment and don't see availability please email our office at contact@rx14health.com or text 470-610-1342 as we can try to accommodate your schedule.
